  ü As the team leader, built up and managed the UC expert team of RCS product for China Mobile.

  ü Responsible for leading the team to finish the high-level design, technical solution of CMCC RCS, and

pushing the industry development.

Product Manager

  ü Planed a serial of CMCC Enterprise UC products (including hosted, cloud based/SaaS, integrated products),

set the product strategy and roadmap.

  ü As a product manager and technical leader, developed the next generation enterprise UCC and enterprise

social networking products, providing IOS and Android apps to customers.

  ü Responsible for the solution to upgrade the IP PBX to next generation enterprise ICT products, which can

provide VoIP, Messaging, enterprise Address book, Presence, Conference, Collaboration and other

functions, also provide the open APIs to CMCC enterprise customers.

  ü Defined the features, designs the server/client architecture, interfaces of all above products, monitoring

vendors to develop.

  ü Built up a team with 15 expects in enterprise UC domain.

  l Dec 2008 - Dec 2011 China Mobile Research Institute

Researcher

  ü As a core team member, was responsible for telephony services based on IMS, including voice, video call

and all the complementary services, VPMN, One Number and so one, which brought China Mobile

hundreds millions of dollars revenue.

  ü As core technical expert, supported China Mobile to commercially deploy the largest commercial IMS

system in the world, providing enterprise UC services to all the CMCC enterprise customers. Helped all

CMCC enterprise customers to upgrade their TDM PBX to IMS solutions.

  ü Responsible for the CMCC SCP and IMS merging solution, one number solution, cross-province VPMN

solution and so on. Filed 3 patents as first writer, which were all used in China Mobile network upgrade.

  ü Finished the inter-operating verification for ISC interfaces, between 5 different vendors.

  ü Setup the specification of inter-working between IMS and PLMN, defined the SIP and BICC protocols

transformation in hundreds of scenarios.

  ü Finished the solution of integrating the MS Lync, Cisco Call manager, Avaya EIMS products into CMCC

IMS system, supported to deploy these solutions to millions of CMCC enterprise customers, including a lot

of top 500 enterprises in China.

  ü As core team member, worked out the solution of VoLTE solution based on IMS and the Mobile Core

Network evolution.

  ü Analyzed a lot of OTT VoIP products. Supported CMI to develop Jego, a VoIP product to international

customers all over the world.

  ü Team member of featuring ATM PW enhancement over IP Tunnel.
